The Wiltshire Room
Our spacious Main Hall is ideal for parties, celebrations, performances, larger classes and community events. It accommodates up to 200 people, or 150 seated (120 for formal events) and benefits from a large stage
The Wiltshire Room is a comfortable smaller space for meetings, classes and smaller gatherings, accommodating up to 30 seated or 50 standing.

How to book ....
1. Check availability
Use the calendar to find your preferred date and room.
2. Make your booking request
Click the + against the required date and complete the Hallmaster booking form, including dates, start and end times and any facilities you need. You'll need to create an account if you haven't booked with us before.
3. Wait for confirmation
We'll email you to confirm your booking and send you an invoice for payment by BACS.
4. That's it!
If you have any questions or need to change your booking, contact our Bookings Secretary via email on bookings@medsteadvillagehall.co.uk
Regular weekly bookings are normally accepted Monday 8am to Friday 6pm. Exclusive kitchen use and seating for more than 120 people require booking the whole Hall.

Please note

Charges are per hour or part thereof and you must include any time needed for setting up and clearing away at the end, that you might need.

If you hire either the main hall or Wiltshire room it includes shared use of the kitchen. For exclusive use you must hire the whole hall

There is a £15 charge for use of the Hall's alcohol licence which includes the use of the bar facilities and glassware. This charge applies to the sale of alcohol, whether directly or indirectly (e.g. via raffle ticket or inclusion in ticket price)

Room hire includes the use of the Hall’s WiFi broadband service – the password is provided in an email, the day of your booking, along with the details of how to get in the hall.

A security deposit may be required.

Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED

Cancellation Charges
In the event that the Hirer should need to cancel a booking, contact Bookings@medsteadvillagehall.co.uk
The following charges will then be applied:

More than 28 days notice: No charge and security deposit will be returned.
-
14 to 28 days notice: 50% of the hire cost.
-
Less than 14 days notice: 100% of the hire cost.
