Hire charges and important Terms and Conditions 

Standard Rates (from 1st April 2023)

  • Rates shown are per hour or part thereof.

  • Time booked must include any setting up and clearing up time, as required.

  • The hiring of the Main Hall or Wiltshire Room includes shared use of the Kitchen for tea/coffee making.

  • There is a £15 charge for use of the Hall's alcohol licence which includes the use of the bar facilities and glassware. This charge applies to the sale of alcohol, whether directly or indirectly (e.g. via raffle ticket or inclusion in ticket price)

  • Room hire includes the use of the Hall’s WiFi broadband service – password available on request.

  • A security deposit may be required.

  • Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED

Cancellation Charges
In the event that the Hirer should need to cancel a booking, contact "bookings" 

The following charges will then be applied:

  • More than 28 days notice: No charge and security deposit will be returned.

  • 14 to 28 days notice: 50% of the hire cost.

  • Less than 14 days notice: 100% of the hire cost.
