Moves are mostly from a seated position, with options to stand to enhance the exercise.
Good for those advised by a healthcare professional such as a GP or Physiotherapist.

Zumba Gold Toning

All the fun music from Zumba but with the added challenge of Zumba Toning Sticks or light weights (1-3lbs). We will focus on specific muscle groups in the arms, legs and glutes.

This class is open to Zumba Gold and Zumba individuals. Please bring your own light weights if you have them but you are able to borrow them if you need.

Alton Model Flying Club, based in the heart of the Hampshire Countryside, is an enthusiastic group of radio control model aircraft fliers.

Meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month at Medstead Village Hall.

Medstead Wellbeing Walks

A monthly walk of between 60 -90 mins leaving at 10.30am from the Castle of Comfort Pub, Castle St, Medstead, GU34 5LU. Please only park in the pub car park if you intend to go in for a drink etc after the walk. Otherwise park on roads nearby.

Walks are at a leisurely pace and there is usually a shorter option available. However, we use footpaths with stiles and bridleways which are often muddy and uneven. Stout footwear is recommended all year round.
