Zumba Gold Toning
All the fun music from Zumba but with the added challenge of Zumba Toning Sticks or light weights (1-3lbs). We will focus on specific muscle groups in the arms, legs and glutes.
This class is open to Zumba Gold and Zumba individuals. Please bring your own light weights if you have them but you are able to borrow them if you need.

Hula Hoop on Wednesdays
An ‘addictive’ weighted exercise promoting Full Body Physical Fitness and Wellbeing.
Benefits include - strong core/back, good posture, building and maintaining balance and co-ordination.
Hula Hooping also boosts the mood, promotes smiles and laughter reducing stress and increasing self confidence

You can do all of this for a £4 guest fee at Medstead WI.
Meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month at Medstead Village Hall.
Doors open at 1.30pm for a 2.00pm start.

Medstead Wellbeing Walks
A monthly walk of between 60 -90 mins leaving at 10.30am from the Castle of Comfort Pub, Castle St, Medstead, GU34 5LU. Please only park in the pub car park if you intend to go in for a drink etc after the walk. Otherwise park on roads nearby.
Walks are at a leisurely pace and there is usually a shorter option available. However, we use footpaths with stiles and bridleways which are often muddy and uneven. Stout footwear is recommended all year round.

Situated in the centre of Medstead, the Club is part of the village sporting community and welcomes players of all standards, from beginners new to the sport to experienced players wanting to enjoy competitive tennis.
