About the Club or class
An ‘addictive’ weighted exercise promoting Full Body Physical Fitness and Wellbeing.
Benefits include - strong core/back, good posture, building and maintaining balance and co-ordination.
Hula Hooping also boosts the mood, promotes smiles and laughter reducing stress and increasing self confidence.
Currently offering two classes in Medstead Church Hall.

Classes are bookable in blocks of 6 weeks (half termly)
